1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. The term “Nob Multisports Portal” refers to the e-commerce site, whose domain is https://nobmultisports.co.nz
1.2. “Internet user” refers to anyone who accesses the Nob Multisports Portal (https://nobmultisports.co.nz/) in any way, whether customers, suppliers, or not.

1.3. “Customers” are all individuals who purchase products offered by the Nob Multisports Portal.

1.4. “Users” are all individuals who register on the Nob Multisports Portal and receive an individual and exclusive identification.

2.1. One of Nob Multisports’ main guidelines is respect for the individual. Thus, the Nob Multisports Portal is committed to keeping personal information confidential, linking it solely to its record and using it only to:
a) Deliver and bill for products and services purchased on our Portal, as well as identify the respective recipient;
b) Obtain generic statistics to identify our customers’ profile and develop our campaigns;

d) Resolve any legal issues related to the Portal.

However, considering that no security system is absolutely secure, Nob Multisports exempts itself from any responsibility for any damages and/or losses arising from viruses, invasions on the Nob Multisports Portal, its database, and other related failures, unless there is fraud or fault by Nob Multisports.
6.2. Nob Multisports professionals are aware of this policy, and only qualified and authorized personnel are allowed to access the personal data of users collected on the Portal, under penalty of disciplinary action in case of violation of the rules provided herein.

7. SECURITY PROCEDURES

7.1. The Nob Multisports Portal adopts the most modern security measures to protect personal information, restricting access to authorized personnel only.
