1.1. The term “Nob Multisports Portal” refers to the e-commerce site, whose domain is https://nobmultisports.co.nz
1.2. “Internet user” refers to anyone who accesses the Nob Multisports Portal (https://nobmultisports.co.nz/) in any way, whether customers, suppliers, or not.
1.3. “Customers” are all individuals who purchase products offered by the Nob Multisports Portal.
1.4. “Users” are all individuals who register on the Nob Multisports Portal and receive an individual and exclusive identification.
1.5. Individual identification refers to any information not available to the general public and attributed, personalized, to a specific customer/user. Examples of individual identification data include CPF or CNPJ numbers, contact information, and billing information.
2.1. One of Nob Multisports’ main guidelines is respect for the individual. Thus, the Nob Multisports Portal is committed to keeping personal information confidential, linking it solely to its record and using it only to:
a) Deliver and bill for products and services purchased on our Portal, as well as identify the respective recipient;
b) Obtain generic statistics to identify our customers’ profile and develop our campaigns;
c) Maintain customer relationship data and actions, as well as continuously improve the service provided by the Nob Multisports Portal;
d) Resolve any legal issues related to the Portal.
2.2. The information requested from users is the minimum necessary for the Nob Multisports Portal to achieve its main purpose, which is to provide consumers with another way to make purchases from Nob Multisports.
2.3. 4.2. Cookies allow the recognition of computers accessing the sites and track the user’s navigation within our page to personalize it according to each customer’s profile. Cookies do not store any personal information, only containing user login data. However, you can discard the cookie from your computer whenever you want or configure your internet browser to reject cookies. We emphasize, however, that this latter option may limit some functionalities of the Nob Multisports Portal.
5.1. Without prejudice to the other provisions described in this policy, the user acknowledges and agrees that the Nob Multisports Portal may use the collected information for the following general purposes:

However, considering that no security system is absolutely secure, Nob Multisports exempts itself from any responsibility for any damages and/or losses arising from viruses, invasions on the Nob Multisports Portal, its database, and other related failures, unless there is fraud or fault by Nob Multisports.
6.2. Nob Multisports professionals are aware of this policy, and only qualified and authorized personnel are allowed to access the personal data of users collected on the Portal, under penalty of disciplinary action in case of violation of the rules provided herein.
7.1. The Nob Multisports Portal adopts the most modern security measures to protect personal information, restricting access to authorized personnel only.
7.2. To this end, the Nob Multisports Portal uses a modern encryption security system for internet transactions, making it a secure point on the World Wide Web.
7.3. Each time the user accesses the Nob Multisports Portal, a new encryption key is created between their computer and the Portal, preventing other people from intercepting the transaction through computer programs. Thus, during data transmission, this information is transformed into symbols through an encryption process that is only decoded by the authorized server.

7.5.
