“Exchange and Returns Policy

NOB provides its customers with high-quality products, manufactured with the best raw materials available in the market. To maintain the credibility achieved and always achieve customer satisfaction, we have created an Exchange and Returns Policy.

General Conditions

The occurrences involving exchange or return must be communicated to SAN – NOB Customer Service. Products returned without this communication, outside the deadline, or with the absence of items/accessories accompanying it, will be resent to the customer without prior consultation.

If any of the hypotheses below occur, refuse to accept the product:

If you still receive the product, please contact SAN – NOB Customer Service within 72 hours.

Defective product

Exchange requests must be communicated to SAN – NOB Customer Service within seven consecutive days from the date of receipt. All NOB products come with a 6 (six) month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the purchase date specified on the invoice. Products should preferably be returned in the original packaging. It is essential that the goods have an invoice, manual, and all accessories. After physical examination of the product and confirmation of the defect, it is at NOB’s discretion to repair or replace it. In this case, all shipping and return expenses are the responsibility of NOB. If misuse is detected and there is a possibility of repair, a service estimate will be provided, which will only be carried out after approval. In this situation, all transportation costs are borne by the customer. The warranty will be automatically void if the product undergoes any kind of repair by unauthorized persons. Products will be returned to the customer whenever no defect is found, or if any of the aforementioned conditions have been violated.”

Return due to remorse, withdrawal, or dissatisfaction

To return a product due to remorse, withdrawal, or dissatisfaction, the following conditions must be observed:

NOB is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, as well as for accidents resulting from non-compliance with the instructions and warnings contained in the product. .

How to cancel a product purchase

If the chosen payment method was a boleto and payment has not been made yet, the order will be automatically canceled by the boleto expiration date, with no cost to the buyer.

If the order was placed with another payment method, you must wait for payment confirmation and then request its cancellation. Please contact SAN – NOB Customer Service.

How to exchange your product

Refer to the Exchange and Return Policy and make the exchange request.

Refund for canceled orders

NOB refunds the paid amounts using the same payment method chosen in the purchasing process:

IMPORTANT: in case of return, the refund will be processed only after the receipt and analysis of the product(s) conditions in our factory.

 

Deadline for resolving exchanges

NOB has 30 (thirty) consecutive days, from the date of receipt of the product in our factory, to resolve the reported occurrence communicated to SAN – NOB Customer Service.”
