Our UV shirts are manufactured using Light Santaconstancia fabric (Sta), with UV 50 protection, certified by the ARPANSA (Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency) laboratory, which was a pioneer in this type of testing and certification. Its above-average protection, durability, and soft touch place it among the best fabrics in the country. Additionally, it is part of the CO2 CONTROL® SANTACONSTANCIA line, which includes articles with outstanding environmental indices in their production cycles, meaning they are traceable or sustainable from the origin of the raw material to the final production of the textile fiber. This fabric is composed of a polyamide yarn enhanced in its creation to allow clothes made from this material to decompose rapidly after disposal in a landfill. Decomposition, which used to take decades to occur in polyamide, now happens 50% in the first year, and in 3 years, the article is completely decomposed.

The concept of this shirt is to be used in water sports, but not necessarily to spend the majority of the time in the water like surfing, which is why it features a looser fit, suitable for kayaking, sailing, or even other outdoor sports like biking, hiking, trekking, and more, besides being great for a day at the beach.
